Overview
This in-depth, hands-on workshop will teach you the skills need to operate Sony F5 / F55 cameras. Designed for working professionals, as well as those who are looking to enter the field, the course gives detailed instruction on camera set up, operation and workflows. By the end of the course, you will have gained comprehensive knowledge of the F5 / F55 and the confidence to operate the camera in a variety of production scenarios.
In this very practical class, you will work in small groups to shoot test footage and gain familiarity with Sony F5 / F55 cameras. They will learn how to set up the camera and get the best look for each shot. AbelCine instructors who have real-world experience with Sony cameras teach the class.
Topics include including detailed instruction on camera operation, lens choice, production techniques, and aftermarket accessories. The similarities and differences between the two cameras will be discussed, as well as the AXS-R5 & AXS-R7 Raw Recorder, viewfinders, lenses and 4K monitors.
