NAB 2016 Tech Talks at the AbelCine Booth: Sony

In this Tech Talk, Sony's Peter Crithary came by with the new AXS-R7 Raw Recorder. We posted about this dual-slot Raw recorder when it was first announced, but now we were able to take a closer look at the unit mounted on the F55.

Peter also gave us a few more details about the upcoming firmware updates for the F5/F55 and the new XAVC recording mode. DP Jody Eldred, one of the first people to use the AXS-R7 recorder in the field, joined us on stage for the second half to discuss his experiences.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Audio levels are resolved around 0:17.
