The ARRI ALEXA Mini LF is the hottest ticket in town, so I was very fortunate to not only sit down with ARRI's Marc Shipman-Mueller, Product Manager of the ALEXA LF and ALEXA Mini LF, but also to get my hands on the camera.
Seeing the camera first hand, I was very impressed by the subtle yet significant improvements to the ALEXA Mini body design – it really shows how well ARRI listens to user feedback. The viewfinder is extremely impressive, both high-quality and multi-functional. The camera's build, fit, and finish are a testament to that well-known ARRI quality, and, of course, it produces some beautiful images with the tried and true ALEXA sensor.
