Convergent Design has announced the Gemini RAW Recorder. It features the same characteristics as the Gemini 4:4:4 but with more processing power. The unit can record up to four inbound HD streams at the same time.
In addition, the unit can record uncompressed RAW on one of its two drives and record DNxHD files on the other drive. The unit uses drives sold by Convergent Design. Look for Convergent Design to add ARRI Raw recording capability soon as well.
