The current Cabrio lineup consists of the Cabrio 19-90mm (ZK4.7x19), Cabrio 85-300 (ZK3.5x85), and Cabrio 14-35mm (ZK2.5X14)
Befitting to the "Cabrio" name, there will be an optional drive unit available that adds electronic zoom, focus, and iris adjustment, offering the same operability as the rest of the series.
The lens is designed for 4K Super35 sensors up to 27.45mmx15.44mm, which would also include most formats on the RED Dragon. A focus rotation of 280° and a zoom rotation of 120° provide the same smooth and precise adjustments we're accustomed to. Additionally, the lens supports Lens Data System (LDS) and /i Technology, plus it can be controlled using industry-standard wireless controllers.
The lens is expected to ship in June, while the servo drive unit will most likely be available some time in Q3. For now, you can check out the official press release and make sure to stop by our NAB booth #C6012 to check it out for yourself!
