Core SWX Hypercore Slim 98Wh 14.8V Battery - V-Mount utilizes CoreSWX's award winning Hypercore technology and was developed to provide the best in Lithium-ion technology for UAV, Handheld, Gimbal and all other applications demanding a low-profile battery pack. 

The new 98Wh Hypercore Slim takes the feature set of Core SWX's Hypercore 98 batteries and encases it in a compact housing capable of handling high draw loads, and ideal for powering cameras ranging from RED to ARRI.

The HC Slim 98 also features the Core SWX 2nd generation White Runtime LCD, a newly retooled casing, and adds a 5V USB output on the right side of the pack to compliment the existing P-Tap output. These battery packs offer an increased draw handling capability of up to 175W (12A) without deterioration in service life or operability. The battery cells are encased in an over-molded, rubberized housing that provides additional protection against accidental impacts. The housing texture reduces the chance of the battery slipping out of your hands.

The HCS-98S V-Mount Battery supports SMBUS data communication (for Sony, BMD, RED DSMC2 cameras, et al.), delivering the exact percentage of remaining capacity to the camera's EVF/LCD. It charges on CoreSWX chargers and is compatible with most third-party chargers.

With Lithium-ion transport and travel being of utmost concern, this durable battery pack falls within the range of accepted capacity for air travel.
