NOTE: Do not use a camera tether when mounting to your action helmet. You should also not mount the camera directly to skis or snowboards.
Stabilization
The GoPro HERO6 Black offers digital stabilization to smooth your recorded footage and reduce shakiness. It does this by offsetting for motion during capture. This function is ideal for capturing small yet fast action, such as cycling, motorcycling, and handheld use.
Remember, this is not a gimbal. HERO6 digitally adjusts the footage to smooth what you see.
NOTE: Video stabilization is available for all resolutions, except: 4K60, 4K 4:3, 2.7K120, 2.7K60 4:3, and 1080p240. It crops the image 5% when shooting in Wide FOV.

The GoPro App can deliver an edited video, with music and effects, so you can share your new QuikStory online. Save, edit, or delete the story while on your smart phone.
Playback
You can playback the footage you shot using your GoPro HERO6 Black. You can also insert your microSD card with recorded footage into your camera to play content directly. Note that tesolution of the computer will affect the ability to play videos.
When using Slow Motion video playback you will lose the audio portion. Go play a record in the wrong speed, if you miss that sort of thing, this is digital. GoPro knows you want to add your own tunes and sound effects.
