These morning mixers take place every month, and focus on the latest technology as well as the craft of filmmaking, brought together over breakfast bagels, various schmears, and coffee. This is a great opportunity to meet up with your fellow creatives and experience emerging technology in a fun, unstructured setting.
Our first Gear & Schmear of 2020 is happening on Thursday, January 16 and will focus on the new Supreme Prime Radiance lenses from ZEISS. AbelCine and ZEISS specialists will also be available to answer any questions.

ZEISS Supreme Prime Radiance Lenses
ZEISS Supreme Prime Radiance lenses enable cinematographers to create beautiful, consistent and controlled flares in the image while maintaining contrast and avoiding transmission loss. Yet, they offer all attributes of a modern cinema lens: large-format coverage, high speed, robustness and smooth and reliable focus – all in a small, light-weight package.
ZEISS Supreme Prime Radiance lenses come as a seven-lens set: 21 mm, 25 mm, 29 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, 85 mm and 100 mm – all T1.5. Overall, the look of Supreme Prime Radiance lenses is a touch warmer than Supreme Primes, though they still retain all other exceptional features of regular Supreme Prime lenses.
