Overview
The ARRI LMB 6x6 Mattebox Clamp-On 3-Stage Set includes the following items:
- LMB 6x6 Basic Module
- LMB 6x6 Extra Non-Rotatable Filter Stage
- LMB 6x6 Top/Bottom Flag
The ARRI LMB 6x6 is the successor to the LMB-6, and is designed for maximum modularity at minimum weight. It can be configured without the use of tools, is optimized for up to (3) 6.6" x 6.6" filters, and can be used on 15mm or 19mm Studio rod support.
To avoid unwanted reflections, the mattebox can be tilted 10° up and down with the optional Swing-Away Tilt Module (sold separately). This module also permits fast and easy lens changes without the need to dismantle the mattebox. For applications such as gimbal and Steadicam operation, the additional non-rotatable and rotatable filter stage can be used as an extreme lightweight configuration.
All common lens diameters are available as clamp adapters (sold separately) to fit the mattebox directly to a lens front housing.
