ARRI LMB 4x5 Lightweight Mattebox Clamp-On 3-Stage Set

Based on the popular LMB-25, the ARRILMB 4x5 Lightweight Mattebox is a modular, clamp-on, 3-stage mattebox suited for a wide range of applications. This robust yet lightweight mattebox allows for flexibility. From a single-filter configuration for gimbals, drones, or Steadicams to clamp-on versions up to rod-mounted solutions (using either 15mm lightweight, 15 or 19mm studio rods), the LMB 4x5 makes short work of challenging situations. You won't need supplementary tools to adjust to varying applications.

This mattebox is compatible with legacy accessories, such as all clamp adapters and filter frames from the former models: LMB-5, LMB-15, and LMB-25. The LMB 4x5 also maintains the streamlined design for which ARRI’s LMB range is known. The filter stage is compatible with all existing R2 Filter Rings (sold separately).

The valuable features of ARRI's mattebox line, such as tray catchers, tilting capability, and swing-away modules have been retained in the LMB 4x5 while many other features have been added. Enhancements include:

• Additional filter stage
• A tilt-and-flex adapter (optional add-on)
• Flags that fold flat for easier storage without the need to be removed
• Lightweight to meed demands of current film production

You can choose to add accessories which are sold separately to enhance your modular capabilities. ARRI offers a Swing Away Tilt Module (K2.0013447) for faster lens changes, plus it features a 10-degree up/down tilt to avoid unwanted reflections. Or you can add a LMB 4x5 19mm Studio Rod Adapter (K2.0013432), or a Tilt & Flext Adapter (K2.0014206) for 15mm lightweight support for diameters 62mm - 143mm.

Upgrade options to the new LMB 4x5 platform are available for LMB-25 owners.
