ARRI F2 Filter Frame - 4 x 5.65", Geared accepts a single, horizonal 4 x 5.65" filter (Panavision-sized) in your ARRI SMB-2 or ARRI MB-18 Mattebox. Insert your filter or gel material into the Frame then slide the Frame into your compatible mattebox.
This Filter Frame is geared. You can adjust how the Frame sits inside your mattebox with a filter pull to manipulate the position of the geared frame. Use a geared frame when you are working with matteboxes with a tilt module, or when implementing an optional graduated filter to position the filter to suit the horizon line, such as when adjusting for sky and land or during a sunset.
