The Core SWX GP-TA 3-Stud Hotswap Adapter mounts directly to a camera's existing 3-Stud (Gold Mount) plate and allows for continuous battery operation. Since the batteries are not stacked, you can easily remove a depleted battery while the leaving the other battery connected, eliminating down time. This Adapter can handle up to 260 Wh (combined) battery capacity, with a maximum payload of 6 lb (2.7 kg). The Adapter itself weighs just 1.6 lb (0.7 kg).
