Ready Rig GS + ProArm with Case

Ready Rig GS + ProArm includes the Ready Rig GS Stabilizer, ProArms, plus a soft carry case.

The Ready Rig is a camera stabilization system with a harness (including shoulder straps, back frame, and waist belt), plus pre-installed ProArm shoulder mounts, and 2x ProArm telescopic carbon fiber arms to support your camera rig weighing up to 40 lb. 

Camera stabilizers help reduce operator fatigue over the length of a long production shoot. The Ready Rig GS transfers the weight of your camera rig from your arms to the ProArms attached to the harness. ProArms are carbon fiber boom-style extension arms that support your configured camera in front of your body so you can easily manuever the camera and adjust camera controls while still supporting the weight of your rig.

Although this is not a motorized gimbal to counteract movement in multiple axes, the nature of the Ready Rig will provide vertical axis stabilization to your camera, plus reduce the amount of bouncing motion inherent in captured handheld footage. It is ideal for handheld operation in confined or narrow spaces such as hallways, buses, trains, elevators, and other places where movement and not a tripod would be appropriate.

With the Ready Rig and ProArms you can operate your camera in two modes: standard or underslung.

Made to withstand the elements, ProArms included a telescopic action to adjust the exact placement of your camera. You can modify how close or far away your camera sits to your body with the position of your ProArm telescoping arm. The ProArm adjusts from 23 to 27" (58-69 cm) and includes a boom range of approximately 55" (140 cm). Hook and loop closures, plus tension cables, round out the elements involved in this overhead camera support system.

Need to add your on-board monitor or monitor/recorder to complete your single shooter configuration? Simply secure your monitor, with or without your monitor bracket, to the 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 threaded mount points on each arm. You can also accommodate other on-board accessories in place of a monitor.

Flexible cable covers protect your tension cables to help prevent snagging or damage to the support cable.

Since no camera operator is built exactly the same, the height of the shoulder mounts can be adjusted to fit your frame, due to the preset holes along the spine of the Ready Rig exoskeleton. The waist belt is also adjustable (No measurements are available at this time for any waist/hip circumference limitations).
