Overview
This Amimon CONNEX Air Unit CANBUS Telemetry and S.BUS Cable works with gimabls that can input S.BUS. It provides control of your aircraft's gimbal with remote controls over the video uplink channel when connected to your CONNEX Air Unit. This Gimbal Control Feature on the CONNEX Air Unit is supported for up to 500 meters only.
Connect your CONNEX Air Unit S.BUS/CTRL port to the S.BUS or D.BUS port on your camera's gimbal, uising this CANBUS > S.BUS cable.
The default gimbal command transmission bit rate is FASSTest 12CH Mode (6.3m per second). If this bit rate is not supported by your gimbal controller, use the CONNEX Management application to configure the S.BUS Bit Rate manually, as described in the manufacturer's user guide. This PDF also includes a list of supported remote controls, gimbals, and telemtry flight controllers.
NOTE: This feature is only supported when an Air Unit is paired with a single Ground Unit. CONNEX Air Unit and CONNEX Ground Unit, plus cameras and gimbals are sold separately from this cable.
