The Sanken COS-11D Lavalier Microphone (1.8m, Black) overcomes RFI (radio frequency interference) from the digital transmitter. The COS-11D was designed specifically to diminish the instances where interference is an issue. It is optimized for the human voice, produces a clear and rich sound, plus it features an original vertical diaphragm design. Pair it with your wireless transmitter for broadcast, film, TV, live events, and much more.
This personal Lav Mic with an omnidirectional polar pattern includes a cable with stripped end, no connector, so you can customize the microphone to suit your needs.
In today's wireless transmission systems the microphone must remain unaffected by new forms of digital transmitter signals. They present new challenges in the area of emission protection. In many cases, noise levels increase and the S/N ratio is deteriorated by the interference of digital transmitters.
The COS-11D is also water resistant. It includes an improved mesh screen to help protect against moisture, humidity, and perspiration.
