Overview
Rycote Special 130 Mini Windjammer provides excellent wind isolation for capturing audio in high-wind environments. This slip-on cover is designed for outdoor use and is crafted from high-quality synthetic fur specifically made for wind isolation. You can easily slip-on this microphone cover when recording outside with the built-in microphones on cameras, on-board or external mics and heldheld reporter microphones.
This fur cover was designed to slip over your foam windshield with 50mm diameter and 130mm long. It was designed to absorb the impact of wind so it does not reach your microphone and affect your sound quality when recording outdoors. It provides up to 10-12 dB added protection over your standard microphone windscreen.
