K-Tek K102CC Klassic Graphite 5-Stage Boom Pole with Internal Cable

This K-Tek Klassic Graphite 5 Stage Boom Pole (KS-246) will collapse to 2'3" and extend to 8'5". It weighs 1.3 pounds and includes 5 telescoping sections. You can lock each section to adjust the length of the boom to your needs. It includes an internal cable.

Connect your microphone and shockmount to the 3/8"-16 male thread mount point to the top of this Boom Pole. The bottom attachment includes a 3-pin XLR male connector. 

K-Tek Klassic Boom Poles are constructed from high-density graphite for maximum strength yet minimum weight. (8) layers of dent-proof graphite are precision ground and then burnished to produce a low handling-noise finish.

The captive collet is held within a collar. With just a gentle twist, the collar squeezes the collet to lock the pole in position. The collar has a aluminum sleeve studded with a unique dimple design that provides a pleasant touch and good grip under all conditions, even in extreme temperatures and humidity.

The bottom coupling allows boom operators to attach a variety of accessories making all K-Tek Klassic Boom Pole modular. In today's changing production landscape this future-proof modularity translates to versatility from shot to shot, scene to scene and location to location.
