Leica Summicron-C Lenses
The Summicron-C primes are the newest addition to the Leica cine lens family. They are about 30% shorter and 20% lighter than the Summilux-C primes. They all have an aperture of T2.0, PL mounts, 95mm front diameters and are 101mm/4" long (except for the 135mm, which is longer). The image circle is greater than 34mm on these prime lenses, making them a ideal match for the RED DRAGON sensor in 6K mode. Their lightweight and compact design makes them easy to pack in one small lens case for transport. There are currently 9 focal lengths offered: 18mm, 21mm, 29mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 135mm. A 40mm focal length will be added to the lineup in the future.
