The AbelCine website is organized into four main sections: Buy, Rent, Support, and Learn.
At the core of the Buy and Rent sections on the new site are comprehensive product pages. With a focus on insightful descriptions, technical specifications, and related content, they help customers gain a deeper understanding and make informed equipment decisions. Users can search, sort and filter by attributes that are important for their work.
The Learn section brings together all AbelCine’s educational activities. It is the new home of AbelCine’s popular technical blog, as well as a calendar and booking system to make it easier for customers to find and participate in AbelCine’s training classes and community events, held regularly in their three locations: Los Angeles, Chicago and New York.
In essence, AbelCine’s site serves as a portal into all of the business a customer does with the company. This is accomplished through the Account section, which allows customers to view their online transaction history, as well as essential accounting information. Pro accounts include additional features that enable qualifying businesses to purchase on credit terms, view their companywide transaction history, manage their AbelCare accounts, and establish their users’ access levels.
AbelCine is currently working on future site releases that will introduce dynamic new tools relating to online education, product configuration, and collaborative quoting tools. The company will also introduce features and improvements to the account section, allowing customers to manage more of their AbelCine business, with greater ease.
