Recently I had the chance to take a closer look at the SmallHD 1303 HDR monitor. This 1500 nit 13” 1080p monitor is exceptional for field work. In this video, I take a look at the build, menu set up, and LUT functionality.
The build is also especially field friendly with the SmallHD RapidRail accessory, which is how I have the Teradek Rx mounted in this video. Just like the other monitors from SmallHD, this unit has exceptional options for user configurations, focus tools and scopes, brightness settings, and HDR preview; making it a great tool for on-set monitoring as well.
