Cartoni was nice enough to stop by a few days ago with their new Master Mk2 Fluid Head, so I decided to give it a thorough once-over.
Compared to the original Master, one of the most drastic changes on the Mk2 is that while the max load capacity remains a hefty 66 pounds, it is also suitable for cameras weighing as little as 6.6 pounds. This means that one tripod head investment will work for large cinema cameras like the F65 as well as smaller rigs built around the F3, for example.
