Overview
The HDx35 Mk III B4 Optical Adapter enables a B4-mount 2/3" HD video lens to function with most 35mm format large sensor cameras. Please see the list below for details. The HDx35 Mk III features a new contour to fit more cameras than the Mark II adapter.
The HDx35 Mk III expands a B4-mount lens by approximately 2.7x and lowers the effective aperture by approximately 2.5 stops.
This product includes an ARRI PL mount. You may separately purchase one of these mount options:
Canon EF, Nikon F, Sony E, and Micro Four-Thirds
The HDx35 Mk III covers these cameras only:
- Sony: F3, F5, F55, F65, FS100, FS700, FS5, FS7
- ARRI: Alexa, Amira
- RED: All models in all 4K modes, some 5K modes (depending on the individual B4 lens)
- Phantom: Flex, v642, VEO, v640
- Canon: C100, C300, C500, C700
- Panasonic: VariCam 35, VaricamLT
IMPORTANT NOTE: Use of this product on a camera other than listed may cause damage to the camera, HDx35 Mk III or both. AbelCine and IB/E OPTICS Eckerl GmbH are not responsible for damage incurred by using the HDx35 on an incompatible camera.
