Overview
The Canon CINE-SERVO Zoom Lenses provide cinematographers with compact, lightweight designs using Canon optical elements. This series of zoom lenses can accommodate many 4K cameras because of their high optical resolution and large image circle coverage for Super35 format cameras. Ranging from 17mm at its widest, to 1000mm at its longest, the Canon CINE-SERVO Zoom Lenses will cover all your shooting needs.
The lenses in Canon CINE-SERVO Zoom Lenses Series are:
- Canon 17-120 mm
- Canon 25-250 mm
- Canon 50-1000 mm
The servo unit allows broadcasters, documentarians and all image-makers the ability to control zoom, focus and iris/aperture in a very convenient and intuitive way. The servo drive unit is compatible with industry-standard protocols for control from a number of lens controllers including Canon’s standard broadcast lens controllers (ZSD-300D/FPD-400D) and multiple industry standard cinema lens controllers. The drive unit can be easily removed for cinema-style shoots and can be easily re-attached in the field without any manual re-alignment. 16-bit metadata output enables connection to virtual studio systems.
Features:
- Support for Standard Broadcast Lens Controllers (such as the 25D-3090 and FPC-400D)
- Outstanding Servo Performance
- High-speed zoom end iris
- Wide-ranging drive speeds
- Immediate system initialization (high-performance encoder so that the lens requires no initialization; system can be started immediately)
