Join us for our special Gear Up: Full Format event in LA!
On April 26, we're inviting you to a special evening event in LA dedicated to full format cameras and lenses. The event will feature manufacturer booths on the showroom floor displaying the latest in full format gear. Attendees are encouraged to go hands-on with all the gear and get their questions answered by manufacturer specialists as well as our own AbelCine tech specialists. Snacks and refreshments will be served.

Bill Bennett, ASC
Director of Photography, Bill Bennett, ASC is a Cinematographer and pilot based in Los Angeles California. Bill has been shooting automobiles, aircraft, people, and places for national television commercials for over 20 years. Bill specializes in various digital formats and 35mm motion picture film format. Bill owns an ARRI Alexa XT Plus digital cinema camera with over 40 Angenieux and Zeiss cinema lenses. Jeff Berlin
Jeff Berlin began his career chasing fashion models down the streets of New York City, with a camera. They knew he was here. It was cool. He liked this so much he spent five years shooting in Milan and Paris before moving back to NYC. Through the years, he’s collaborated with top fashion magazines and brands like Vogue Italia, L’Oreal, British Elle, Estée Lauder, Esquire, Bloomingdale’s, Miss Vogue, Macy’s, Vogue Pelle, Madame Figaro, and Wella among many others.
Recently, Jeff transitioned to motion pictures. He was producer and camera operator on the feature film Three Days in August, which played at multiple film festivals and ran in select theaters nationwide. It’s now available on major streaming platforms. Jeff has both shot and directed an online spot for the Professional Bull Riders (PBR), a fashion brand film for noted designer Norma Kamali, as well as a number of online spots for Sony. He is now gearing up for his next project, a short film with an award-winning director, which he will shoot on the new Sony VENICE.

Phil Holland
Phil Holland began his career in 1999 working on features and commercial productions. Over the years he's been fortunate to be involved with multiple aspects of Pre-Production, Production, and VFX Post Production serving roles as Digital Colorist, Digital Imaging Specialist, Director of Photography, and Director. His work can be seen in films such as X-Men: First Class, Cabin in the Woods, and Angels and Demons. Recently he has been producing long form aerial content for a variety of companies and productions as well as having several projects in the pitch and development stage.
