The Steadicam Axis is a new 3-Axis electronically-assisted camera stabilizer incorporating the patented Steadicam Volt technology, augmented with a third pan motor for even more precise camera control. 3-axis assisted stabilization allows the operator to directly control the framing of the shot without feeling disconnected from the camera like in other fly-by-wire systems. This ensures a shallow learning curve for achieving high quality camera movement, with faster set up times and greater range of movement over current electronic gimbal systems.
