ARRI ALEXA Mini Viewfinder MVF-1

The ARRI ALEXA Mini Viewfinder MVF-1 is a multiviewer designed to assist single shooters with several configurations. Use it traditionally with the OLED eyepiece or fold open the 3.2” LCD to monitor camera settings or live coverage. It also permits playback of recorded footage.

The LCD display is daylight visible and ideal for outdoor locations. It is bright enough to playback footage in just about any situation. Its full-access to camera functionality permits quick changes to settings and make use of the configurable user buttons. This viewfinder now includes peaking functions, with zebra and false color tools, plus easy-access buttons.

Tilt the LCD display up or down to view the screen when holding your ARRI ALEXA Mini above your head-to capture over a crowd-or down below when on a MoVI gimbal rig. When not in use, simply fold-away the screen next the eyepiece to use the viewfinder exclusively.

The ergonomic design of the MVF-1 provides both comfort and functionality. Mounted to a lightweight, sliding bar, you can alter location to suit body type on a shoulder rig, adjust tripod height or alter in other situations. It also adjusts side-to-side for best position.

ARRI considered usage of the viewfinder when developing its design. To accommodate frequent removal of the viewfinder cable, the ARRI team incorporated a military-grade, protected connector.
