K5600 Joker² 1600W Zoom Light Kit with Case

K5600 Joker² 1600W Zoom Light Kit features the new look and function of the Joker², which has been redesigned from Ballast to Beamer. The rounded edges and simplified parts of the Joker² not only looks fantastic, but this light fixture now emits more lumens than any competing light source of the same wattage. The head of the Joker² incorporate a threaded ring where you can mount a clear or frosted borosilicate lamp cover, called a Beaker (both are included). 

The Joker² 1600 Zoom delivers a revolutionary, lensless and focusable Beamer with 15° to 60° of even light output. The manufacturer compares this to the physical similarities of a faceted umbrella. The soft finish of this fixture beautifully distributes light across your subject.

This light fixture makes an ideal key light or a flood in narrow spaces. You can also use the Joker² Head without optics, as the bare bulb output is optimal for use in your lightbanks or lanterns to create even light distribution.

Without tools, you can now easily and quickly access the lamp to change it out. This kit comes with a 5600°K Lamp. Optional 3200°K Lamps are also available. The Joker² includes a plug-in igniter that converts from HMI to 2K Tungsten in less than a minute. The striker provides improved Hot Restrike abilities for this light fixture.

The yoke design on the Joker² includes a stronger braking system to support your light modifying accessories. Also, a 3-way axis stand mount allows a wider range of light placement, even when adding the largest soft boxes.

The new dimmable Ballast features a one-stop dimmer wireless DMX (Lumen Radio) for on/off and dimming control from all your Apple OS devices. It is CE Approved. It functions at 300 or 1000 Hz frequency for high-speed scenarios. This Ballast draws only 7.4 Amp on 220V AC. The 1600W Ballast allows you to run on a 16A plug.

A rolling Carrying Case allows you to transport your light fixture with ease. Case features metal edges, fold-down handles, and integrated wheels. It includes an extension handle so you can either roll this hard road case or carry it with the top or side handles.
