Made to attach to the dropped ceiling tile support rails found in many offices, this single Matthews Drop Ceiling Scissor Clamp with 1/2" Pin provides a way to mount small lighting instruments, without the need for a stand.
The Drop Ceiling Cable Holder (included with clamp) clips onto the 1/2" pin to keep cables near the ceiling and out of the shot.
A Drop Ceiling Scissors Clamp is also available separately with a 5/8" pin.
NOTE: Manufacturer does not provide a payload for this clamp. Drop ceiling grids have low thresholds for weight. Please use extreme caution when rigging lightweight and small lighting instruments above performers and crew in an office location.
