Sigma 30mm F1.4 DC HSM Art Prime - EF Mount

The Sigma 30mm F1.4 DC HSM Art Prime - EF Mount is a large aperture, standard lens with an angle of view equivalent to 45mm on a 35mm camera. A go-to lens for still photography on an APS-C format digital SLR, this Sigma Art family lens offers a bright F1.4 aperture. Ideal for different types of photography, this lens features an angle of view that is similar to that of human vision.

This 30mm aspherical Art family lens also includes the latest in lens technology with a Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM), Super Multi-Layer Coating, plus it is designed with a Thermally Stable Composite Material (TSC). The HSM ensures quit, accurate, and high-speed autofocus, while the specialized coating reduces flare and ghosting. Sigma utilizes the TSC to reduce expansion and contraction of the internal lens barrel.

A rear focus system on this lens prevents focus-dependent variation in aberration. This produces a high-quality image throughout the entire image. 

With an unchanging barrel length, these lenses offer enhanced balanced and stability for the photographer. An optimized autofocus algorithm achieves smooth focusing, while a 9-blade rounded diaphragm creates beautiful bokeh. Also features USB Dock compatibility. USB Dock is sold separately.

Under the Global Vision standard, every lens ISE tested before shipping, using the Sigma A1 MTF system, to ensure the highest degree of quality possible.
