Overview
The Bright Tangerine Misfit ATOM Ultra Lightweight 2-Stage Mattebox is designed with gimbals and Steadicam in mind, and weighs just 0.22 lb (98g) without the shade, and only 0.43 lb (195g) with it. That’s less than 25% of the weight of a standard Misfit or LMB-25. The custom-built carbon fiber top flag gives your Misfit ATOM better light control, and is easily retractable for use with or without the shade.
The trayless filter holder allows you to load filters directly into the core, keeping weight to an absolute minimum. The core holds one or two filters, either 4x4 or 4x5.65, or even a combination of both. Filters can be tilted for total flare control. If you want to run even lighter, you can detach the shade in seconds and just use the core with filters.

- The core is cut from a single block of billet aluminum, hard anodized, and paired with durable elasto-polymer, not plastic
- The native clamp is 114mm diameter, and most other lenses are compatible with a range of Misfit clamp ring adapters (not included)
- Covers lenses as wide as a 14mm Cooke S4, and RED Pro Zooms at 5K
- Rod-mount to 15mm LWS, 15mm and 19mm studio (adapter not included)
- Compatible with many Misfit accessories (not included)
