Overview
The Alan Gordon Enterprises 4" x 5.65" Rota-Pola Tray (without 138mm Filter) enables use of a rotating polarizer filter in 4" x 5.65" matteboxes that do not feature a rotating filter stage, or if a secondary rotating filter is needed in a non-rotating stage. The Rota-Pola Tray features 0.8 pitch gears on both sides of the filter tray, and a 1/4"-20 female threaded hole for mounting the tray to a wireless follow focus during remote crane or jib operation.
This Rota-Pola Tray is sold without a 138mm filter, enabling you to purchase and install your own polarizer or special effects filter. The Tray accepts (1) unmounted 138mm round filter.
NOTE: Please confirm that your desired unmounted filter is 5.236" (+/-0.010") in diameter with 0.135" (+/- 0.005") thickness to ensure compatibility. The Alan Gordon Rota-Polay Tray is compatible with Bright Tangerine, ARRI, Vocas, Chrosziel, OConnor O-Box and many other matteboxes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Not compatible with RedRock Micro Matteboxes.
