ZEISS IMS Interchangeable Mount Set for EF CP.3 without Meta Data: 135mm T2.1

The shims and assorted conversion accessories in this ZEISS IMS Interchangeable Mount Set EF provide you all the tools you need to change your ZEISS CP.3 Compact Prime PL Mount lenses into Canon EF mount lenses. This means you can use a cine-style lens on a Canon 5D MK II or a Canon 1D MK IV DSLR camera, among others.

This set is specifically designed for your lens that does not pass meta data. That means that the shims will only work on non-xd CP.3 lenses without the pins necessary to transmit eXtended Data.

As the flange and focal distance varies from camera type to camera type, it is sometimes necessary to make adjustments when changing the lens mount or camera model. This set provides different shim thicknesses in order to perform this adjustment. ZEISS strongly recommends the use of a Torx T6 torque wrench (sold separately) with a torque of 0.4 Nm.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some ZEISS CP3 lens sets come with alternative mounts for working with various camera systems. In these sets, ZEISS provides instructions, tools, and a lens chart to enable end users to change mounts. While it is possible for end users to change mounts, we strongly recommend that this work be completed at a lens service center. AbelCine and other lens service/repair facilities will be able switch lens mounts and guarantee high performance using their optical test equipment.
