Overview
The Wooden Camera ARRI LPL Mount for RED DSMC2 Cameras enables ARRI LPL Mount lenses (such as the ARRI Signature Primes) to be used with RED DSMC2 Brains featuring a Full Format VistaVision sensor (e.g., RED MONSTRO). Includes LPL port cap. This ARRI LPL Mount is also compatible with standard RED camera sensors (e.g., HELIUM, GEMINI, WEAPON, EPIC-W, SCARLET-W, RAVEN, and other DSMC2 cameras), and with original DSMC cameras like DRAGON, EPIC, and SCARLET.
The ARRI PL to LPL Adapter is compatible (sold separately), allowing an easy change from LPL to standard PL Mount lenses.
An external LDS-2 port is present but not currently utilized. Once external LDS-2 metadata workflows are developed, this port can be connected to a metadata recorder.
