Overview
The Canon Remote Contribution System (Tier 2) is a customizable remote production solution optimized for advanced, streamlined network control, "hands-off" operation, and greater image quality.
A recent AbelCine use case with an A-list client featured Canon C70 cameras with Canon Primes, mounted on standard Sachtler tripods. These cameras were all networked together and attached to encoders, which streamed video from sound stages in Hollywood and Miami to a control room in Santa Monica. All camera & lens settings were fully remote controllable.
