Overview
The Sony CBKZ-SLMP MPEG Recording Upgrade License for PXW-FS5 / PXW-X70 adds MPEG HD422 50Mbps and MPEG HD420 35Mbps recording capabilities to the PXW-X70, PXW-Z90, PXW-Z190, PXW-FS5, and PXW-FS5 II camcorders (sold separately).
Enabled Recording Formats:
- MPEG HD422 50Mbps (1920x1080) at 60i/50i/30p/25p/24p and (1280x720) at 60p/50p
- MPEG HD420 35Mbps (1920x1080) at 60i/50i/30p/25p/24p, (1440x1080) at 60i/50i, and (1280x720) at 60p/50p
*NOTE: PXW-X70 and PXW-FS5 both require Version 3.0 firmware or above. PXW-Z190 requires Version 2.0 firmware or above (available from December 2018).
