This 1/4" Fixed Base Mount is ideal for shooters who prefer a mounting solution with a horizontal profile.
The Fixed Base Mount tightens onto the ¼”-20 female thread on the handle of professional film and video cameras. It provides a low profile with uninterrupted handgrip.
Want to leave the mount on your camera? Go ahead! Instead of unscrewing the Fixed Base Mount each time, you can pop or snap apart the accessory arm links, then press back together with a different accessory on a Dinkum Systems arm. No tools required to swap out accessories fast.
Attach interchangeable heads and bases or add link segments to expand your capabilities.
NOTE: Most professional and even prosumer cameras are equipped with 1/4"-20 accessory threads built into the carry handle or can be added with a cheeseplate or pass through plate.
