Overview
The SHAPE V-Lock Quick Release Baseplate is a long format baseplate that can be used shoulder mounted, tripod mounted, or attached to V-lock tripod adapters. The baseplate includes a removable shoulder pad and features rosette adapters for ARRI standard handgrips and extensions (not included). The baseplate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod mount threads and a V-lock delta adapter for attaching a SHAPE VCT Tripod Plate (VCTSH) or any VCT-14 tripod plate (sold separately).
Two SHAPE 15mm Aluminum Rods - 4" and SHAPE 15mm Aluminum Rods - 4" connect to your camera rig, extending it and enabling the addition of various SHAPE and 3rd-party accessories compatible with 15mm rods. The rods are hollow, non-threaded, and made of durable aluminum, coated with a clear finish. They also feature chamfered ends that make it easier to insert them into 15mm rod clamps, even if a rod isn't perfectly aligned, or is at a slight angle relative to the rod clamp.
