K-Tek Squid Universal Mount

The K-Tek Squid Universal Mount is a multi-purpose mounting solution to connect a transmitter, monitor, mobile device, or remote to a boom pole, tripod, handgrip, or other tube-shaped object. Constructed from strong, elastic silicone, the Squid is lightweight (0.04 lb / 21 g), yet solidly holds your device, with a flexible barrier that acts like a shock absorber to shield your equipment. There are no snaps, buckles, or hook & loop fabric that can break unexpectedly or complicate mounting. The Squid is low-profile and translucent, enabling the user to easily view controls and status monitors.

The Squid easily secures mini-transmitters and traditional plug-on transmitters, eliminating unwanted movement. There are no metal parts to add unnecessary weight to the end of the boom pole, and the strength of the silicone offers firm retention for your device (even when swinging the boom). The user can also attach a small onboard monitor or mobile device to the bottom section of a boom pole, tripod leg, antenna mast, C-stand, cart handle, et al.
