Our Service Technicians aren't just experts at repairing cameras and optics - they can also handle all of your camera support needs as well. We understand how important it is to have a properly functioning support system to ensure you're getting the best shots.
A number of our clients, especially those who often work in harsh or extreme environments, will bring their tripods and fluid heads in before a job to make sure they're performing at the optimal level.
Some issues that our techs will check for are:
- Gritty/clicking sounds
- Non-locking fluid heads
- Inconsistent movement
- Slipping legs
Additionally, our technicians are factory-trained on OConnor and are qualified to do full overhauls on Sachtler and Manfrotto systems. We are also an authorized service center for Miller products, providing both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
