The new processor allows for faster sensor read out, significantly reducing rolling shutter distortions, while a new heat sink design allows for indefinite record times. The Hybrid AF system combines phase detect and contrast detection auto focus, resulting in smooth focus transitions that can be further customized with a new AF Transition Speed option, allowing for truly cinematic focus pulls.
