In Part 1 above, we will look at resolution settings, frame rates, and recording modes. We also dive into some of the unique hardware and controls of this camera.
In Part 2 of this guided camera tour, we will go through the main camera homescreen and menus, which include the camera’s scene files and LUTs. We will complete our deep dive of the menus, including covering the camera’s various assistance functions.
Note: since this video was shot, Panasonic has announced firmware version 2.0 for the EVA-1. Scheduled to be available at the end of March 2018, firmware version 2.0 will add a 400Mbps 'all-I' (intraframe) version of the camera’s codec as well as the ability to output 5.7K RAW via the camera’s SDI output terminal.
